1. Arrive for your treatment with NO MAKEUP on at all. A clean face is a must!
2. No makeup for 24 hours.
3. No sun today at all.
4. Use sunscreen for the week after treatment.
5. No exercise today or for the next 24 hours.
6. NO exfoliating regimes within the first 72 hours.
7. Wash your hands every time before you touch your face.
8. Do Not Use ANY facial soap today. Wash with warm water only.
9. You will be red for up to 12 hours after treatment. Aloe vera can help.
10. Use Hyaluronic Acid when the skin feels dry and before bedtime.
11. Peeling and sloughing can be normal.
12. You can start back on your normal facial routine tomorrow.
13. It can take up to 2 weeks to see results from the treatment. Be patient.
