This is an increasingly common issue as more and more of us spend
more and more time looking down at our cell phones and computers.
Forward head posture can pull the entire spine out of alignment, inhibit
lung capacity, disturb gastrointestinal function and promote disc disease.
Now, I may be speculating here, but from the apprehensive look on that
Giraffes face, he may be dealing with one or two of those issues, I mean,
check out his neck. It reminds me of 1 freeway going through Big Sur.
Serpentine and crooked.
Granted, most of our neck issues aren't as apparent as Jerry the Giraffe's here,
but can be just as serious.

The problem may exist without your awareness, then boom, it starts aching
and must get repaired.
We can apply this metaphor to the structural aspect of our bodies as well.
