Check out this quick fix:

 Mix together:

  • 4 oz water

  • Juice from ½ lemon

  • ½ tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp D-mannose powder (Sprout’s, Whole Foods, Mother’s)

 Drink twice daily for a few days.

Also, drink lots of water/fluids to help flush out the bladder of unwanted infection. This can include unsweetened cranberry juice as part of the fluids.
