If you have shoulder pain, this is for you

According to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons,
every year 4.5 million Americans seek medical care for shoulder
pain and 250,000 of those patients get rotator cuff surgery.

Shoulder surgery can be a real doozey and according to
medlineplus.gov "recovery can take 4 to 6 months, depending
on the size of the tear and other factors. You may have
to wear a sling for 4 to 6 weeks after surgery. Pain is usually
managed with medicines."

Serious shoulder injuries are no walk in the park, they can hinder us
for months, if not years, if corrective action isn't taken. Surgery, in most
cases is not the only option, the possibility to heal without going under
the knife is sometimes the better path.
