You’re here for a reason. We all go to doctors for a multitude of reasons. Most of us have symptoms such as pain or other dysfunctions that we want to eliminate. Some of us simply want to improve and maintain an optimal level of health and performance. You may have already been diagnosed and treated elsewhere without success. You may even be fed up with the health care models you’ve experienced in the past and have lost hope. Hopefully that’s not the case. But if it is, there is hope. We have seen miracles happen time and time again when people are ready to make changes and get well.
If you can clarify in writing what your health goals are, then you have taken the first step needed to achieving them. Next, rate your level of commitment to doing what it takes to achieve the goals on a scale of 0-10. Zero being, “I’m not willing to do anything or change anything or spend a dime on improving my health.” Ten being, “I will do whatever it takes to be well, be healed and have a great quality of life again.” When you “get real” with yourself and see: 1) how badly you want it, 2) why you want it and 3) what are the consequences you’ll face if you don’t take action, most of us get motivated. (Things usually worsen if action isn’t taken….i.e., like rust or degenerative arthritis in your body.) Welcome to a place where healing happens every day.
